The Travel Concierge Agency, LLC respects the privacy of its customers. The personal information we collect is only used for the purpose of arranging your travel requirements. We will not disclose any other purpose without your consent, except where required by law. The Travel Concierge Agency, LLC takes reasonable steps to protect any personal information it holds from misuse, loss, unauthorized access, modification or disclosure. We do not provide or sell, in whole or part, the personal information we collect and do not disclose it to other companies, except as stated above.

The consequence of you not providing any information requested by The Travel Concierge Agency, LLC is that we may not be able to complete your travel arrangements within your time frame.

 

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

The Travel Concierge Agency, LLC is acting as a mere agent for suppliers in selling travel-related services, or in accepting reservations or bookings for services that are not directly supplied by this travel agency (such as air and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises, etc.). This agency, therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay, or injury to you or your travel companions or group members. The Travel Concierge Agency, LLC is not liable for any mechanical issues that may arise from air or charter bus transportation.

NON-REFUNDABLE FEES

Travel Protection Purchase Cost, Change fees, Reduced Deposit/Payment Plan fee, Planning fee, Service fee and Electronic Payment fees are non-refundable.

ADDITIONAL FEES

 Last minute experience 60 days or less ($50), Additional trip planning options after four trip experiences have been sent ($25)

 

TRIP DEPOSIT

If your departure date is more than 90 days away from the time of planning, the deposit for your trip will be REQUIRED within the first 2-3 days of receiving your trip proposals.  

If your departure date is less than 90 days from the time of planning, the deposit for your trip will be REQUIRED within 24 hours of receiving your trip proposals. Unfortunately, The Travel Concierge Agency, LLC is unable to guarantee quotes and our vendors do not allow us to hold trips with no deposit. 

Please be advised that if you do not plan to pay your deposit within the timeframe listed for receiving your vacation options all package prices will be subject to change. You also may be subject to an additional planning fee if it has been more than 7 days since you received your last proposal.

 

PASSPORT

The Travel Concierge Agency, LLC will not be responsible for any cancellation penalties of the hotel, airline or any other independent contractor used in your reservation resulting from any parties in your group not having a valid passport.

 

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

You will receive travel documents approximately 1-2 weeks prior to the departure date. When you receive your tickets and any and all documents, it is the sole responsibility of the passenger named on the documents to verify all information. Contact The Travel Concierge Agency, LLC immediately if changes or corrections are required. Please note that a change fee may be required.
